Package preparation

The time to process your order and send it to the transport partner can vary between two to five business days. I usually dispatch orders on Saturdays. When your dispatch is done, the platform will automatically send you an email with the tracking code of your package so that you can see the progress of the shipment.

 

Customs and import costs

Buyers are responsible for taxes or fees that may be applied in the different locations where the package is sent, we are not responsible for delays due to customs matters.
