Shipping and Returns
The cost of transportation is automatically calculated on the cart page once you enter your address.
Delivery times are expressed in business days.
All orders have a tracking number, you will receive an email with all the information as soon as we have sent it.
If you make the purchase from outside of Chile, it may be subject to taxes, fees or duties due to local laws or customs regulations. We do not assume and are not responsible for such expenses.
Unfortunately, Lanas Rey Príncipe does not have control over these costs and cannot offer information about them.
The person who receives the order is responsible for all the costs mentioned above. Likewise, your order may be delayed for customs reasons.
We understand that you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that is why we work so that deliveries are fast. Orders are shipped in 24/48 hours.
Lanas Rey Príncipe cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping as this service is offered by third-party companies unrelated to this store. In situations, events or circumstances beyond this part, for example, in the event that the client is not available, delays in transport, human, mechanical or technical errors, actions of nature, it is understood that Lanas Rey Príncipe, will remain free of all responsibility.
There is no minimum order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise in its original condition of sale within 14 days after the delivery date.

How to return the items
1- Fill in the contact form on our contact page or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2- You will receive a response with instructions to make the return.
3- Prepare the items to be returned. They must be returned unused, with the original labels, instructions for use, warranty and other labels and packaging and in their original packaging (shipping bag), or failing that, in a safe and waterproof packaging.
If the returned items are not in resalable condition, we will not be able to accept the return. The client must carry out a correct packaging that ensures its transport without damage, since the product is your responsibility until it reaches our facilities.
We will refund the number of returned items once we have received them in resale condition. We normally issue refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned items. The amount to be returned will be that of the items purchased, it will not include shipping costs except if the product is wrong or defective.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, except in the event that the product received is wrong or defective.
